Process flow:

Uncoiling – Hydraulic or manual uncoiler handles coils up to 500kg.
Straightening – Leveling rollers remove coil set for flat material.
Roll forming – 12‑16 forming stations gradually shape the strip into square or rectangular profiles. Different tooling sets for open channel, closed tube, or hat sections.
