Production process:

Uncoiling – Motorized uncoiler (5‑10 tons), coil width up to 900mm.
Straightening – Leveling rolls.
Servo punching – Creates ventilation slots, round holes, and knockouts. Programmable patterns for different tray types.
Roll forming – 12‑16 passes form the flat strip into U‑channel or ladder tray profiles. Rollers Cr12MoV, HRC58‑62.
Side hemming (optional) – Folds edges for safety and rigidity.
Cut‑off – Flying shear cuts to exact length (±0.5mm).
