The L‑angle steel formwork corner profile roll forming line is designed to produce 90° angle sections used as corner reinforcements and edge protectors for steel concrete formwork panels. These angles are welded to the corners of formwork sheets, providing structural integrity and resistance to damage from repeated stripping and handling.

Why L‑angle for formwork corners?

Welded angle corners prevent panel edges from bending under concrete pressure and protect against impact during transport and assembly. The L‑shape also serves as a guide for aligning adjacent panels.

Production process:

Uncoiling – Heavy‑duty uncoiler (10‑15 tons), coil width 100‑200mm.
