The main workflow is shown below.
Starting from the metal coil, it is fed into the molding machine through the guiding device and gradually formed by the molding wheel. After reaching the cross-section size of the product, the product is cut using cylinder blade cutting. Small product length error is controlled using encoder positioning. Product cutting and the production line’s normal work are carried out simultaneously, and the whole process is fast and smooth without any stagnation.
