The corrugated sheet roll forming system is a high‑speed line for manufacturing sinusoidal (wave‑shaped) metal sheets used in roofing, wall cladding, and fencing. Corrugated sheets offer excellent strength‑to‑weight ratio and are widely used in agricultural, industrial, and residential construction.

Why roll forming for corrugated sheets?

Press braking cannot produce continuous wave patterns. Roll forming is the only efficient method for long‑length corrugated sheets, providing consistent wave height, pitch, and straightness.

Production process:

Uncoiling – Motorized uncoiler (5‑10 tons), coil width up to 1250mm.
Straightening – Leveling rolls.
Roll forming – 12‑18 passes gradually form the wave pattern. Rollers are precision‑ground to the specific wave shape.
Embossing (optional) – Adds stiffening ribs or decorative patterns.
Cut‑off – Hydraulic or flying shear cuts to length (±1mm).
Stacking – Automatic stacker with counting.
