The perforated U‑channel roll forming line is a specialized line for producing U‑shaped channels with pre‑punched holes or slots. These perforated channels are used in cable management systems (cable trays), drainage channels, shelving supports, and ventilation grilles.

Why perforated U‑channels?

Pre‑punched holes eliminate secondary drilling, reduce labor, and ensure consistent hole placement. Holes can be round, slotted, or custom shapes for specific applications (e.g., cable ties, drainage slots, or mounting screws).

Uncoiling – Motorized uncoiler (5‑10 tons), coil width 200‑400mm.
Straightening – Leveling rolls.
Servo punching – Programmable punch press creates holes in the web and/or flanges. Punching speed up to 200 strokes/min.
Roll forming – 10‑12 passes form the flat strip into a U‑channel. Rollers Cr12MoV, HRC58‑62.
Cut‑off – Flying shear cuts to length (±0.5mm).
